About
My Story
Years ago, on a family trip, I booked two hotel rooms assuming they'd connect. They didn't — the hotel wanted to put us on separate floors, and we spent the first afternoon of the trip waiting for a fix instead of starting it.
That's a small problem with a simple cause: most hotels aren't built with a family of five in mind, and most booking sites can't tell you that until you've already arrived. I started Five Plus Travel to solve that problem before it happens, not after.
What I Do
I work with a small number of European luxury properties — Rosewood, Four Seasons, COMO, Rocco Forte, and select independents — where I know the actual room configurations, not just the marketing photos. That means fewer surprises at check-in, and often better rooms and rates than you'd get booking directly.
I'm based on the Upper East Side and work as an advisor with Fora Travel. My clients are families of five planning European trips who want the details handled by someone who's already solved them before.
